| NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION
BEDFORD VILLAGE FIRE DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Bedford Village Fire District will take place on December 9, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. at the firehouse located at 550 Old Post Road, Bedford, New York for the following purpose:
To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030.
All residents of the Bedford Village Fire District, who are duly registered to vote with the Westchester County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025 shall be entitled to vote at this election.
Any person desiring to have his or her name appear on the ballot for the above office must have filed a petition signed by at least twenty-five (25) qualified electors of the Fire District, with the Secretary of the Fire District not later than November 19, 2025.

DISTRITO DE BOMBEROS DE BEDFORD VILLAGE
TENGA EN CUENTA que las elecciones anuales del Distrito de Bomberos de Bedford Village se llevarán a cabo el 9 de diciembre de 2025, entre las 6:00 p. m. y las 9:00 p. m. en la estación de bomberos ubicada en 550 Old Post Road, Bedford, Nueva York, con el siguiente propósito:
Elegir a un (1) comisionado del Distrito de Bomberos por un período de cinco (5) años que comenzará el 1 de enero de 2026 y finalizará el 31 de diciembre de 2030.
Todos los residentes del Distrito de Bomberos de Bedford Village que estén debidamente registrados para votar en la Junta Electoral del Condado de Westchester el 17 de noviembre de 2025 o antes tendrán derecho a votar en estas elecciones.
Toda persona que desee que su nombre aparezca en la boleta electoral para el cargo mencionado anteriormente debe haber presentado una petición firmada por al menos veinticinco (25) electores calificados del Distrito de Bomberos ante el Secretario del Distrito de Bomberos a más tardar el 19 de noviembre de 2025.
