Absentee Ballots Still Available for Jan. 14th Vote

January 9, 2020

Absentee ballots may still be obtained in person at the Bedford Fire Department, 34 Village Green, M-F 9-4. Due to inquiries from the public, we will also have someone at the firehouse to handle absentee ballot applications from 10-3 on Saturday and Sunday, January 11 & 12.

To receive an Absentee Ballot, you must first fill out an absentee ballot application. You can 1) access it to print at the link below, fill it out and bring it to the firehouse, or 2) come to the firehouse and ask for an already printed application.

When you hand us your application, we will hand you a sealed absentee ballot. You can choose to complete it on the spot or take it home. It must be received by District Secretary Angela Sour no later than 5PM on January 14th to be counted in the vote. We will check our post office box at that time and we will walk any ballots dropped at the firehouse on the day of the vote over to the polls at that time as well.
