A Special Election of the Bedford Village Fire District will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Bedford Presbyterian Church, 44 Village Green, Bedford.

This Special Election will decide whether the community will authorize a municipal bond in the amount of $14,750,000 to build a new firehouse at 550 Old Post Road.

Eligible to vote in this election are residents of the Bedford Village Fire District who:
- Have resided in the Bedford Village Fire District at least since December 15, 2019.
- Are registered to vote with the Westchester County Board of Elections at their Bedford Village Fire District address no later than December 23, 2019.

Absentee ballot applications may also be obtained in person at the Bedford Fire Department, 34 Village Green, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM - except on holidays - through January 13th.

To receive an absentee ballot BY MAIL, we must receive your application no later than January 7th.

Absentee ballots may also be obtained IN PERSON at the Bedford Fire Department, 34 Village Green, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM - except on holidays - through January 13th.

Absentee Ballots must be received no later than 5PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 to be counted in this election.
